Whether you want to teach Yoga or you wish to deepen your practice, this 200 Hour TTC program at Anandavan Yog Peeth will give you a solid foundation in traditional Indian Hatha Yoga. The course provides an understanding of Yoga in a structured manner, with the right balance of practice and theory. We give full and undivided attention to our students and limit the class size to 10-15 people.

You will learn asanas and techniques that are traditional and have evolved over centuries in India. Through the study of anatomy and physiology, we will go deeper into the execution and alignment of asanas. By this understanding of the parts, you will start understanding the whole - gaining confidence in practicing the asanas safely and with maximum benefit.

Yoga philosophy can be intimidating to a beginner. But it forms an important part of the whole system of yoga. In order to transcend from asanas and to understand the real purpose of yoga, it is necessary to understand its philosophy. We recognize this difficulty - so we have designed our course to emphasize the key concepts of Sankhya-Yoga philosophy. These fundamentals will help in understanding the core teachings of traditional yogic texts.
